The Stealth rubber padded tie downs are tie downs that are made from heavy duty webbing and a heavy duty cambuckle. The tie downs give you have maximum strength once your kayak is tied down.
They also have a a soft protective rubber pad that is positioned underneath the buckle of the tie down ensuring that you do not scratch or harm the kayak with the steel buckle on the kayaks surface.
